Diving in Tenggul Island, East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia (29 June - 1 July 2007)

About 70 km south of Kuala Terengganu lies the sleepy town of Dungun, gateway to Pulau Tenggol just 30 km or 1 hour away by speedboat. Tenggol offers some of the best diving to be found in Peninsula Malaysia. Seas can be rough and deep with dive sites more suitable for advanced & experienced divers. Hard and soft corals in pristine condition and marine life thrive in its spectacular sunken cliffs.
